Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Takt mobile application operated by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. License to Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license.
2. In-App Purchases
Takt offers optional "Takt+" features for purchase. These transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Any refunds or billing disputes must be handled directly with Apple Support, as we do not have access to your transaction details or payment methods.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Takt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Takt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this App in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Takt shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Takt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
